Kate Lester is the founder of Ohypno. Born in 1971, married at 19 and mother of 2 by 23, she started her first business at 20.

Originally (and still maintaining) interests in sameday logistics, her career progressed through the establishment of a software house and a national logistics company to the comfortable position of Managing Director of a courier group with offices in London and Surrey.

In addition to these companies, she had various interests in publishing, event management and an Internet based company. The aftermath of a second divorce triggered an interest in Psychology and NLP, which led to Kate becoming a qualified practitioner of NLP. This stimulated an interest in hypnotherapy, and she soon qualified as a Hypnotherapist, studying at the London College of Clinical Hypnosis. She is a member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis.

The unique combination of substantial commercial experience combined with the life experiences of the Bridget Jones generation enables Kate to have real empathy for those she treats. And her success can be an inspiration to those clients wanting to learn from her experience.
